Is your heart in need of rest?

Yearning for time to clearly hear God's voice whispering assurances, peace, and His plan for you?  Perhaps you hope for 2024 to be a year of growth, joy, and restoration.  To live each day aligned with your eternal purpose and to show up for your people in a deeply nurturing and loving way.  Perhaps you're seeking tools for creating daily balance and rest within your body, mind, and heart.  Maybe you long to turn off the noise, unshoulder the burdens you have been carrying, and find true stillness in Christ.  Perhaps you're also seeking the wisdom to know how.

Friend, we are excited to meet you!

We're Ashley Marchant and Amy Lamborn.  Here's a bit of our stories and how the retreat came to be.

Two summers ago, Ashley and her family were in great need of a healing respit and retreat from the world. Cue breathtaking 20 acre farm on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Their summer in Hawaii was a powerful catalyst for healing and change.  It was a place where heaven felt near in the quiet beauty of nature.   Ashley knew clearly then, God was calling her to come back again. Next time with a group of other women seeking peace in Christ through the powerful tools of yoga and meditation.

Ashley is a Trauma-informed Certified Yoga Teacher with additional training in Kundalini Yoga, Christian Meditation, Mindful Self-Compassion®, and Yoga Nidra.  You can sometimes find her on the podcast Conversations of Christ where she loves gathering with other women and talking about Jesus and daughter disciples in the scriptures. She is passionate about teaching powerful tools of healing the heart, mind, and body through the lens of Jesus Christ, our ultimate source of healing and power.  Connecting heart-to-heart with other women and creating gathering spaces of love is one of her life's purposes.

She is the mother of 4 sweet children on earth and one angel boy in heaven.  Some of her favorite things are inspiring Christian memoirs, quiet time for writing and pondering, traveling to new places, eating yummy food, hanging out with her hubby once all the kids are finally in bed, and "adventuring" with her family.  She loves being home or outdoors, with her family...and always Hawaii.

Ashley is a forever student.  You can most always find a stack of books beside and under her bed she is currently dabbling in.  Learning and teaching are her passions.  She's taught in many settings including as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, at the Missionary Training Center, as a third-grade teacher, as an early morning seminary teacher, and now as a yoga and meditation teacher.

Amy and Ashley's paths crossed miraculously in a mentorship group and later at a Kundalini Teacher Training.  These two sensitive souls knew pretty quickly God had something for them to do together.

Amy is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer, Ayurvedic Guru, Human Design Reader and a passionate healer of hearts.  Her favorite work is heart work.  She uses her natural and acquired gifts to help people see and understand their own hearts.  She leads us to live with open hearts as this brings joy.  She knows our hearts serve as COMPASSionate guides in this life, they show us our purpose by speaking to us with the voice of our souls.

Amy and her husband, along with their youngest child, are currently running a ranch in Missouri with the goal of building a self-sustaining home and property.  Their other four children have spread their wings and flown out into the beautiful world.  Their whole family loves nature, travel, recreation of any kind, adventure and mostly Jesus.  They are proud members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Amy is a dedicated forever student.  She has a Master's Degree in Education.  She taught Language Arts before she discovered Yoga and the Healing Arts.  She has intently studied and now passionately teaches self-healing modalities.  She is astonished daily by the realization that truth is everywhere and it all blends beautifully.
